INFORMATIONS REQUIRED FOR REGISTERING A TRADE MARK ARE:

  1. Details of products/services of Trade Mark
  2. Details of the Trade Mark (like logo or label)
  3. Trade Description of the products/services such as manufacturing, trading and marketing, transport, medical services, etc.,
  4. Date of user of the Trade Mark. i.e, from which date, the Trade Mark is used. For example, if you are using that Trade Mark since the year 1960 and if you are able to prove your user by the proper documentary evidences, then we can claim the Trade Mark from 1960 itself with retrospective effect. (You should have to produce the proper evidences continuously from the year of 1960 till date.)
  5. Name & Details of Applicant (whether proprietary concern or partnership firm or a company or Trust)
  6. Address of Applicant (for company, its Registered Office address)
  7. In case of Parntership Firm, Company and Trust, etc., the details of the signing person such as name, age and address
